Road Runner was never part of Charter or Spectrum, it was part of Time Warner Cable and Bright House (which Charter bought out). Failing any objections, I'm going to move some of the Road Runner stuff into TWC's article when I have more time on my hands to do that. I have Spectrum for internet and cable TV. They identify themselves as Spectrum, not Charter. I was hoping to be able to understand whether Spectrum owns Charter or Charter owns Spectrum. This article does not help. Sam Tomato ( talk) 05:15, 18 December 2022 (UTC)
