Cartersville is home to the Miss Georgia USA and Miss Georgia Teen USA.

Cartersville is home to the world's first outdoor painted advertisement of the Coca-Cola brand. In 1894 a syrup salesman painted "Drink Coca Cola" on the side of what is now Young Brothers Pharmacy in old downtown. It was found under multiple layers of paint during restoration on the building. In 1994 the Coca-Cola company authenticated the wall advertisement as the world's first.
[2] (is this a reliable source?)This is the official website of the Cartersville - Bartow County Visitors Bureau. I believe it is accurate.
Starting story of
The Mosquito Coast was filming in Cartersville, Georgia as fictional city in Massachusetts as you see stores on street and
Rome, Georgia.
While this is interesting, we can't use it unless you
provide a source. Also, none of this is really trivia, as
trivia by its definition is "unimportant information" - it therefore shouldn't be in a trivia section but instead the information should be incorporated into the main article. -
