I have improved the first paragraph to better explain the founding of the league in late 1944. I had to manually add the citations as they are from an old issue of The Sporting News. I used the same article for multiple citations. Is my formatting correct or should I just use the citation once at the end of the section? WistfulVistas ( talk) 14:35, 20 October 2017 (UTC) reply
