I'm looking for the best picture or any informations about the KAF's U-6 (Beaver). It seem that the KAF had 3 aircrafts.
But in 1971, during the viet cong's sapper attack at the Pochentong Air Base,at least 1 Beaver was destroyed. In 1972
at leat 1 Beaver was refurbished with a new engine.

Four faces
Could someone clarify what is the fourth face? Phnom Penh? The Bassac River, Mekong and Tonlé Sap make three and the source seems to be unclear on that.

The Mekong upstream and downstream the Bassac-Mekong bifurcation form a face respectively.--

Previous categorization
What was this thought to be, before being determined to be a separate species? --

It was not previously classified (it usually takes a couple years between discovery and classification). --

I mean, what was this bird believed to be. I am assuming that this bird has been observed many times, considering it's found in Phnom Penh, with a long history of French scholars living there, but no one noticed it was different from other birds of the area, so it would have been categorized as some other bird. --
