it's been given an adds date and was serviced to country radio this morning. it's the next single. please stop undoing my revision when i am citing the information. Afireinside27 ( talk) 19:32, 25 September 2012 (UTC) reply

well i give up. it's the next single, and i'll be proven right sooner rather than later. taylorswift.com is not the only reliable source, guys... Afireinside27 ( talk) 19:44, 25 September 2012 (UTC) reply

You certainly are right. on the Billboard.biz Country Update released on Monday it says that "Begin Again" will start impacting country radio on October 1. NYSM talk page 15:22, 26 September 2012 (UTC) reply
Thank you for that. Some additional confirmation from Billboard here: "Begin Again," the second single from her fourth studio album "Red," due Oct. 22." Hopefully when the article is unprotected that user will not continue to revert edits since in his mind, if TaylorSwift.com has not posted it, it's not true. ;) Afireinside27 ( talk) 14:09, 28 September 2012 (UTC) reply

In the likelihood of being considered a dick I must say that it is very possible and very likely that Billboard.com and Billboard.biz are misinformed or mistaken. If it is not mention on www.taylorswift.com and Tay has done a recent news report talking about how her IheartRadio performance will air on the CW on October 1st 2012, I'd think and this is just using common sense, if what Billboard.com and Billboard.biz were telling the truth wouldn't she have announced that this song would be the next single in the same post since both are suppose to happen on the same day? Just given an optimistic point of view. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.58.18.72 ( talk) 00:45, 30 September 2012 (UTC) reply

You can't be mistaken about a song having been sent to radio for commercial airplay if the stations physically have it. NYSM talk page 02:19, 30 September 2012 (UTC) reply

I haven't read that anywhere and I will point out it's odd that Tay has not made an official statement on it and you'd think she would have plus several sites contradict Billboard.com and Billboard.biz. http://tasteofcountry.com/taylor-swift-begin-again-preview/ http://www.mtv.com/news/articles/1694293/taylor-swift-begin-again-track.jhtml http://popcrush.com/taylor-swift-begin-again-teaser/ http://music-mix.ew.com/2012/09/25/taylor-swift-begin-again/ http://idolator.com/6935361/taylor-swift-begin-again-listen http://music.yahoo.com/blogs/our-country/taylor-swift-releases-single-begin-again-194632254.html http://www.theboot.com/2012/09/25/taylor-swift-begin-again-lyrics/ http://www.theboot.com/2012/09/25/taylor-swift-begin-again-lyrics/ none of these sites say it it is being released to country radio on October 1st so it is very possible that Billboard.com and Billboard.biz are mistaken cause all these sites are used on here and if it was the next single they would say would they not it wouldn't just be Billboard.com or Billboard.biz saying it right? So it does seem they are mistaken. Tay's own site says it's available for download on itunes http://taylorswift.com/news/98991 and the only thing happening is http://taylorswift.com/news/101001 her IheartRadio performance. I think there is enough evidence here to show that it is a mistake and that the song is not being released to radio, it's September 30th and Tay still hasn't confirmed Billboard.com/Billboard.biz's rumor, yes I said their rumor. http://taylorswift.com/news Now Scott Borchetta has stated they are "working on" a music video for this song but like Change that's all it'll probably get is a video. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 184.58.18.72 ( talk) 13:46, 30 September 2012 (UTC) reply

Buddy, a singers personal website doesn't need to state that for it to happen. It isn't just Billboard magazine stating this, as you can see here and here. I have physically with my ears heard it played on the radio and announced as her new single by the DJ. NYSM talk page 16:15, 30 September 2012 (UTC) reply

Okay now I know I am right that it is not the next single and I'm sorry but 9 sources that don't state it to four that do? So four sites got the information wrong. Btw if it's not supposed to be released until October 1, 2012 then you couldn't have heard it with your ears on the radio...Thank you for proving my point. It's shows that Wikipedia will believe anything they want instead of listening to what is in front of their face and the evidence that shows they are wrong. This also proves to me what people have been telling me for years "Do not believe what you read on Wikipedia." Well I know now that I shouldn't and I won't and neither should anyone else.

Bud, I'm sorry but at this point your comments are just laughable and it's clear to me that you might be a few bricks shy of a full load. You really aren't making any type of sense, and no point you have made has been proven. Oct. 1 is just the official impact date, but stations routinely start playing songs before that. By speaking to me on here you must have enough logic to see that I speak English, so I don't comprehend your reasoning for claiming that I didn't actually hear the song on the radio. It is not constructive communication for an editor to keep saying "I'm right" as you are, and if you are not able to communicate rationally then you should not be editing here. This is what I was dealing with last week.. at least he's not reverting the edits anymore haha. Afireinside27 ( talk) 13:15, 1 October 2012 (UTC) reply
