Disadvantages

I would mention the disadvantages this tecnology has: pipe lifetime if metals or glass is collected. -- Palladipeloarancione ( talk) 10:24, 4 April 2016 (UTC) reply

The result was agree to merge. Long overdue merger probably due to a lost tag. Operator873 CONNECT 03:00, 9 June 2018 (UTC) reply

I fully support the proposed merge - these are effectively duplicate articles. If there is no dissent I will make it happen.  Velella   Velella Talk   11:38, 4 September 2011 (UTC) reply

Hype vs Reality

The problem with finding information on which systems are actually in place world-wide is that the information available consists mostly of hyped-up press releases. Lots of promises and hype regarding future systems, and few facts. For example, there is a lot of press available about the Montreal vacuum waste system, but after a bit of digging I discovered that it had actually been cancelled.

It makes me wonder if the examples of installed systems-- at least those without references -- should just be deleted. They make the article sound like advertising. 198.58.150.217 ( talk) 06:34, 7 August 2015 (UTC) reply

Disney World

Disney World's Magic Kingdom in Florida has a large vacuum collection system under the park. /info/en/?search=Disney_utilidor_system & https://www.worldofwalt.com/disney-underground-trash-tubes.html This could be referenced/linked to in this article. Jtrnp ( talk) 22:02, 2 February 2018 (UTC) reply
