Is this the (former?) Austin and Northwestern Railroad? If so it might help to clarify that. And if I recall correctly, the entire line used to be part of Southern Pacific. If we want to be really specific, I think the railroad is based in McNeil, Texas though there is no Wikipedia article for that place. As far as I could tell, McNeil consists only of a general store/post office and the rail junction between this railroad and the Union Pacific.
