Development and description
The first sentence is quite long. A suggestion: "...on swept wings. The intention was to better understand how they might impact future fighter designs."
In the lead, it says the engine was a captured Jumo 004. This section omits the mention of captured.
Suggest breaking the paragraph at the point the engine is first mentioned.
Are there any specs that could be provided for the engine and incorporated into the text? Maybe mention the original German air frame it was used with if known?

Looks fine to me, I made one clarification regarding the engine, revert if you disagree. Passing as GA, as I consider that it meets the appropriate criteria, the coverage is probably as broad as it is going to get.
