Requested move 20 February 2019

The following is a closed discussion of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this section.

The result of the move request was: Move to Anthony Browne (lobbyist). Consensus that current title needs to change. No clear preferred new title, but this one is no less preferred than any of the others. After a week of no further discussion I think this is as good as it can get. Anthony Browne (UK politics) → ? – The current title is ambiguous given that other Anthony Brownes have been involved in UK politics (the 16th century judge was also an MP, for example). Not sure what the best alternative is though. PC78 ( talk) 11:07, 20 February 2019 (UTC)--Relisting.  Dekimasu よ! 17:47, 28 February 2019 (UTC) reply

Either of the first two suggestions might be better. "Lobbyist" seems to be the closest, IMO. -- IJBall ( contribstalk) 13:49, 22 February 2019 (UTC) reply
  • Move to Anthony Browne (political consultant). Not really a politician. Certainly not a politics. -- Necrothesp ( talk) 14:29, 27 February 2019 (UTC) reply
  • There does not seem to be a standard disambiguator for this case. "Political consultant", "lobbyist", and "political strategist" are all in use. Relisting for more discussion of the disambiguator. Dekimasu よ! 17:47, 28 February 2019 (UTC) reply

The above discussion is preserved as an archive of a requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on this talk page or in a move review. No further edits should be made to this section.
