CaptainEek: I have found some sources which might help to save the article from deletion.
Anthem was the sixth-best-selling master-planned community in the U.S. during 2000 and 2001.
[1][2][3]. It is the largest master-planned community in Henderson, and includes the Anthem Highlands neighborhood and Sun City Anthem.

AJFU, Thank you very much for looking all that up! I'd searched myself, but wasn't at all familiar with the area and couldn't find much. I will remove the prod tag, and hope that you will work to put some of those sources in the article!
