The article had one standard reference, Burke, and now has a second, Cokayne. To say no notability is over the top. As is typical of hereditary titles, there is literature mentioning this baronetcy.
I will develop the article with an infobox, as is normal. Whether it should be at this title or for the baronet is a a matter for discussion. @ Fram: brought a comparable case to AfD some time ago, and the conclusion is that there should be just one article in such a singleton case (title or person).
