Um . . .

Section reads like a pamphlet I can get at a tourist station in Vegas. In fact, I think I've read these words, verbatim, somewhere else. If this is the case, the article must be rewritten with citations. I'm not the one to put the disputes up, but somebody should, 'til this is can be clarified.
