I would like to change this page to be more than a redirect to the Registered Jack page. I can provide a great deal more information about USOCs. Registered Jacks are actually a tiny subset of the services and charges that can be represented by a USOC. Olszowka ( talk) 21:53, 29 September 2008 (UTC)
