The infobox should have a list of counties, not cities. Major city lists have been recently deprecated.
The route description is written backwards: it should start at the south end on the Ohio state line and progress northward.
The history section should be rewritten. What is there is poorly worded trivia. Highway marker graphics should never be used in article text, only infoboxes and junction lists.
Locations should be corrected in the junction list. The county name should not be duplicated as a location, rather the correct township, village or city locations used, or the location left blank.
Concurrency information should be added into the notes column. {{legendRJL}} should be used to close the table with a proper color key, or the colors should be stripped from the table.
The county name is not needed for county roads. The CR # abbreviation is sufficient.
