Grammar and other problems
This article needs to have its grammar cleaned up; there's quite a few phrases like 'the highway has being constructed', etc. Also, the word 'carriageway' has been misspelt both here and on other pages as 'carridgeway'. There's also a bit of a POV problem with this phrase: '...this proposed route may be cancelled or changed as I don't see it being considered until after 2010.' The sentence needs to be rewritten without the first person POV.

Ok - Let me know if you find any other issues - I will try and fix up and proof read for grammer issues at a later time.— Preceding

Right, I will be reviewing this one and making straightforward copyedits as I go (please revert if I accidentally change the meaning) - I will jot queries below.

...volume and congestion on Albany Highway, and - something got chopped off here...
A grade separated interchange.. & This traffic light controlled at-grade intersection - hyphen here (x2).
I have changed "grade separated" → "grade-separated" (x2), but could you clarify where an extra hyphen would go in "This traffic light controlled at-grade intersection"? ... The phrase "traffic light controlled" (no hyphens) is used in over 3600 Australian government webpages (*.gov.au)

I would have thought "traffic light-controlled" but happy to defer to sources.

Does the highway experience congestion at times of day?
Yes... but I'll have to look for some sources, otherwise its just OR. -

Okay - will keep my fingers crossed - if nothing turns up after a day or two, then I will accept that the information is not accessible from a Reliable Source.

Found a couple of sources that should do (noting URLs here, will write something in the article tomorrow)
Yes, some good stuff there - I think the article will benefit.

I've added a section on traffic volume, which will need to be copyedited and link-ified. I'll have a go at it sometime tomorrow, or feel free to jump in yourself. -

I've had a look, and I haven't found any I would consider major enough to warrant inclusion in the article - mostly single or no fatalities, mostly involving 1–2 vehicles (and most reports available online were in the past few years -
