When reading any section of a page, you should, at the beginning, have the first mentioning of a person, have they're full name. This is not shown in this section, and, as far as I can tell the full article. Please, do tell, who Ames, Bailey, Kershaw, Alexander, and others were. At least reference this page for Alexander...
