I forgot to add the {{underconstruction}} tag to the page; I'm still looking for third-party information on the company.

As you don't currently have those sources, or even know for certain if they exist (I looked, and couldn't find any on an initial search), it may be better to build the article in your user namespace at a page such as
User:Vincentavatar/Temper of the Times Investor Services, Inc.. Then, if sources do eventually become available, complete the article and at that point move it to the main article space. Note: links to it would need to be removed while it's in your user space, but at least you would have a working draft available that way which could be more easilly moved into article space if/when sources become available. ---

Found a few sources and inserted them in; has this page been granted a reprieve?

The additional refs don't seem to be about Temper, they just mention it in passing while discussing other subjects. What are needed are non-trivial mentions by
reliable sources. ---

Added more sources with more substantial information on Temper, explanations of services.
Motley Fool is a reputable financial information source, yes?

MF is a reliable source. The mention in those articles is more of an advert in wording, but at least they do address the company directly - a few more like that from a couple other sources may be enough to meet
WP:CORP. ---

Added a more substantial reference to the mechanics of what Temper is and does from Forbes magazine.

Added a reference from Raising Money Smart Kids. Will continue to look for sources.
