Hey, @ Jay! I think the creator for sure, and probably multiple of the IPs who may be socks of the creator. The creator, LeoJax90, has exactly 12 edits, all on this article, and moved a perfectly formatted article with infobox from draft to article space on the 11th, leaving it as an orphan with no talk page. For me, this clearly is paid editing designed to please a client who only cares about having an article and also to fly under the radar long enough they actually get paid. A year later, the client asks the creator to add an image, so they make one more logged-in edit to make that look kosher. After that, everything is handled by IPs, multiple of whom are SPAs, and as one seems to be still tending it today, it's an ongoing issue.
