I hope this message gets to Scapler. I saw your message about sources saying that Nozette was on the National Space Council. I am here to tell you that those sources are wrong. I was under the impression that Wikipedia strives to be accurate. Again, I was there, I know. Keep the statement in but know that it is false. Whysosirius ( talk) 16:41, 25 January 2012 (UTC)
Is it fair to have this guy in the category "Americans convicted of spying for Israel"? He didn't actually spy for Israel... he thought he was, but he wasn't. - Quasipalm ( talk) 11:37, 20 October 2009 (UTC)

I have removed Nozette from all categories affiliating him with Israel or calling him an Israeli spy. The DoD and DoJ have expicitly stated that at no point was Israel involved with Nozette. Cheers! Scapler ( talk) 15:38, 20 October 2009 (UTC)
Until his conviction, I think putting him in the "Spies" category constitutes a BLP violation. Cheers! Scapler ( talk) 10:52, 22 October 2009 (UTC)
The Israel Lobby Archive is offering a set of court documents about the Nozette Case, which has not received much press or other coverage. These documents should not be arbitrarily removed from the Nozette page without a full substantiation of any case against them.

Just for reference, once a suspect either pleads guilty, or is found guilty by a court, the word "alleged" is no longer used. 76.241.158.189 ( talk) 22:56, 8 September 2011 (UTC)
Hello fellow Wikipedians,

I am posting this for the consideration of editors who may be interested in reappraising this article. I am Stewart Nozette, the person who is its subject. While I understand that Wikipedia has its own rules governing the creation and maintenance of article topics, I would like to make amendments.
My concern is that, although I do not dispute any specific claims made in the article, it presents an incomplete picture. This is especially true regarding my conviction on federal charges, including some basic facts and overall context. Having spoken with experts on Wikipedia matters, I recognize I do not have the necessary third-party citations that tell the events properly. Rest assured, what was reported publicly is only a small part of the story.
I have pardon documents from my release that will shed new light on this, as will my memoir. I have no website at present to link to, but will gladly post them in this discussion if this is possible.
My Presidential Pardon number is C277648 on the Presidential Pardon website.was administratively closed on 11/17/20. The reasons may be "direct appeal"
The Office of the Pardon Attorney closed the case without Presidential action due to the petitioner’s death, unresponsiveness, foreign residency, withdrawal of the petition, direct appeal, or if clemency cannot provide the relief sought.
I suspect someone closed the case as Trump left. That suggests the materials made it to the White House and were dealt with in some fashion and were considered a "direct appeal". Note I told Jared to prioritize Pollard and they did Pardon Pollard's Israeli handler at Netanyahu's request.
The number might serve as a starting point to show it in the Presidential Records Act.
My thanks in advance to anyone who takes the time to review my comment and take up its suggestions. --~~~~ SDNozette ( talk) 18:35, 2 May 2023 (UTC)
I would like to add a paragraph which is verifiable: does the fact that I have a vested interest in the fact that I have edited the subject's memoirs for his agent mean that I cannot post this paragraph? If so, please let me know. Meantime, I will add it in the hope that it does not contravene Wiki regs. The agent is verifiable as Gold Dust. I also have documents relating to verification of the pardon mentioned, but I do not have a website. Is it possible to log them on Wiki as source material? Thanks.
