What’s the justification to create articles for scientists that have not made a substantial contributions to science or technology? He‘s just a random lobbyist for renewable energy and did not change or enhance scientific knowledge in a substantial way.

3 papers with over 100 citations (according to Google Scholar) suggests that he has contributed significantly to scientific knowledge in his area.
