abuse in special ed
I think that the abuse in special education is very important to include in this article. lots of students have reported abuse and I feel that there should be more information on the abuse and overuse physical restraint of students.

There are many sources online discussing this subject I will link a few.
I think this should go somewhere in the special education article. anyone with any ideas of including this in the article should share their thoughts.

Although we may not do a very good job of managing the US-centric bias in this article, information that is only about the US (or in this case, one small part of the US) should probably be considered for
Special education in the United States, rather than the worldwide article.
If you decided to write something about seclusion, then I suggest writing about the whole 'story': Why they exist, what benefits were expected, what the prior practice was, etc. That includes naming effective alternatives. As in: if a special-needs teen is having a violent moment and isn't allowed to go into a quiet room by themselves to calm down, what exactly is the school supposed to do to prevent harm to all the other students and staff in the building?

changing the name of the padded cell article
the special education article redirects seclusion room to the padded cell article. padded cells are almost always called seclusion rooms and the name of the padded cell article should be changed to seclusion room.
