While the Serbs were vastly overrepresented in the Royal Yugoslav military, the claim that on the eve of the Axis invasion there were only four non-Serbian generals is an exaggeration popularized by communist historiography and ought to be fixed
(There were more than eight Slovene generals accounted for during the April war)

Date of formation ?
Anyone have a RS for the official date of formation of the RYA ? Seems like basic information for the article, but may not be easy to authoritatively establish. Cheers,

Vehicles
Someone is able to find a list of royal yugoslav ground vehicles? It would be interesting to integrate the list into the page.
PS Sorry for my terrible English, I am not a native speaker.

G'day Pietro, I'm not sure if Slom Kraljevine Jugoslavije 1941 : uzroci i posledice poraza [The Collapse of the Kingdom of Yugoslavia in 1941: Causes and Consequences of Defeat] by Velimir Terzić has that level of detail. From what I've seen it has numbers of tanks, trucks, etc, but not makes and models. I haven't see any other sources that do. In any case, we wouldn't integrate such a list into this page, we would create a specific stand-alone list page called
List of Royal Yugoslav Army vehicles or similar, then summarise it in this article with a link to the list. Cheers,

Good day
Thank you for the information; I found a list of the vehicles on a tank-fans website, I don't if it is reliable but the informations are related with photos.

Generally user-created websites like fan websites are not reliable, but if you post the url I'd be happy to have a look. Cheers,
