I want facts. Is the singer really named "Dido"? And if so, is she THE English poprock singer
Dido Armstrong? It seems quite unlikely frankly, as this album was released in 1990 and Dido only became famous in the West (let alone in Japan) in 1999.

"a selection of musical tracks from the game performed by Nobuo Uematsu and Dido, was released by Data M in 1990 and by Polystar in 1994." - Make this its own sentence and elaborate on who Dido is in the lead.
"and was lauded as one of the best soundtracks of any NES game" - Use verbs in present tense, "is lauded"
"published in arranged and compilation albums by Square" - I think "published in arranged albums and compilations by Square" would flow a little better.
"one from the Black Mages band and the" - refer to the band by their name "the black mages" not "the black mages band". Wikilink the full band's name.
"FMV sequence of the game, a promotion video made for the game, and an interview" - make this list flow better "FMV sequence of the game, a promotional video, and an interview"
"Reception and criticism" - call this section "Reception and legacy" only the first paragraph speak of reviews while the other two speak of its influence.
The recption paragraph could be little bigger. Reviews of the albums are featured at Square Enix Music Online
here. Try integrating that into the article to beef up the reviews.
Good article, Ill keep watch on this page and pass it when the changes are made. --
