Oppose - in this case I think we should wait a little longer to see if the new company becomes noteworthy or in the news in its own right. Most of the article covers its pre-bankruptcy life right now, when it was Molycorp. Per
WP:NAMECHANGES, once it becomes clear that substantial coverage in RS is using the new name, we can move to that. —

Magnequench, deserves its own article.
