This article shouldn't use NATO equivalents, as there was no NATO at the time. It also needs the ranks in the Latin script of Serbo-Croatian as well as the Cyrillic one. Niehorster uses US Army equivalents, and also states that Army general was equivalent to lieutenant general, not to the US army general rank.
