For future editors - This is not true. Owen Horton's legs are absolutely fine, and I am willing to provide photographic evidence if need be. It's some humorous editing on the part of Owen himself...anyway, this is why any addition of that nature to this article will be reverted. Owen did not lose his legs in an oceanic storm. Cheerio.
