It has just as much relevance as a will.i.am and Britney Spears article or a Jay-Z & Kanye West article. — Preceding unsigned comment added by 99.58.172.195 ( talk) 00:55, 2 January 2014 (UTC)
Hello fellow Wikipedians,
I have just added archive links to 2 external links on
Macklemore & Ryan Lewis. Please take a moment to review

The lead of the article is in past tense as if the duo has disbanded, but the official status of the duo is they are on hiatus therefore the duo still technically exists. The article for One Direction, another group that has not disbanded but is still technically in hiatus, is in present tense. What would be the correct way to talk about groups on hiatus considering that One Direction has a lead in present tense but this article on Macklemore & Ryan Lewis have a lead in past tense? You can't have two separate standards because both groups have the same official status. 24.180.22.224 ( talk) 18:38, 15 May 2024 (UTC)
