I can't find any reference to SCR J0740−4257 (listed as 23.5 LY from Sol). Is this a real system? Does anyone have a reference for it? Nothing I can find on it on the RECONS web site despite its RECONS catalog number, and SIMBAD gives an invalid number format error. -- Dave Seagraves ( talk) 21:55, 22 April 2016 (UTC)
The page shows Gliese 408 (Ross 104) as a binary [A B], but a link to the detail article indicates it is a single star (as does Simbad and ARICNS). Maybe it was thought to be a binary at one time; when the page was first set up? Tesseract501 ( talk) 04:45, 1 July 2023 (UTC)
