How ist the "Score" ratet? Who has given the Score? Are there any sources?

Digged deeply into this topic. At first, there's no unified and single scoring system for hospitals. Actually, there are many of them, related to the safety, outcomes, academic rating, etc. And I couldn't find any reference for these scores mentioned here. So for now I'm deleting this column.

The source was in the references. However, it's not known which kind of score they have calculated or where they took from. No need to mention the specialties, it's not common in Wiki platform.

Hospital groups
Can this list include also hospital groups? The hospital groups have their own rates, sum of hospital beds and dpecialties. I think it would be reasonable to include also hospital groups.
