While searching for references for this article, I discovered that half of the organizations in general list have a main Wikipedia article with no sources, poor sources such as Facebook, or have been flagged for the above plus questionable notability. This includes:
After a quick search, I am not hopeful, but am willing to invest some time looking for secondary references for these article. However, if there truly are not any sources that meet notability guidelines, should these organizations be removed from this article (as well as possibly from Wikipedia)? Does the criteria for inclusion in this article need to be adjusted to require at least one source? My thought is that relying on a Wikipedia article with no source is worse than allowing a group with no Wikipedia article but a solid reference.

Hi there, I went to this list after doing an overhaul of
Upsilon Sigma Phi,
Sigma Rho,
Lex Talionis Fraternitas and other frats. I would agree that a lot of these pages that can't establish notability outside their own pages/websites should be removed.
I've already proposed the deletion of
Delta Fraternity and Sorority International, as I tried to overhaul it but ended up finding absolutely nothing as far as secondary sources go (their only cited website/blog can't even agree on their real founding date.) Most of these pages were clearly authored by their own members anyway (how else would an outsider know about their inner workings and heirarchies in the absence of a secondary source?)
Considering that we've just deleted dozens of Filipino schools/colleges from Wikipedia for failing notability, I think it's only fair that we do the same with frat/soro pages. PritongKandule-
