The Jetsons household had a 2nd pet Between AStro and Orbitty-an unnamed housecat during the first season; a running gag is that at the end of the first season epsiodes Astro chases the kitty on a dog walker which results in George Jetson running for his life on the out of control dog walker. The kitty makes only one appearence besides the ending credits-as a running gag the poor feline is twice "caught" by a robot cleaner and after being released is covered in dust. In the text it's noted that Rosie the robot is also known as Ced Hughes. I was wondering what the source of this alias is? I can't find any other references.
