– Change to lowercase per MOS:JOBTITLES. "Ministers" is a common noun when plural, and as MOS:JOBTITLES explicitly states, "foreign affairs" should be lowercase too in this instance. Compare to:
I plan to eventually nominate all List of ministers of/for XYZ for renaming so that there's consistency throughout Wikipedia. But for now, I'm starting with all foreign minister lists. Woko Sapien ( talk) 18:20, 1 September 2023 (UTC)
