Request to update this page

A lot of the information regarding the forming of *NSYNC is inaccurate. A revision that includes more recent books, articles, interviews or even Lance Bass' documentary would rectify this information.

The numbers given for Timberlake's overall album/record sales as well as the stats for *NSYNC sales are at-least a decade old, they are not accurate and could be updated. Even though some of those numbers have not been certified by the RIAA (even those that have are almost a decade and a half old) they have certainly been reported and updated to charts such as Chartmasters, Chart Data and among countless others.

Update to number of total records sold worldwide

Justin Timberlake's Wikipedia page states that he "has sold over 88 million records," which is now outdated. According to RCA, his record label, he has sold 117 million records worldwide. I can't update this number, but it would be great if someone who can would update it for me.

The source for the number is RCA's own website: https://www.rca-records.co.uk/artists/justin-timberlake TechnicolorVision ( talk) 00:06, 4 June 2024 (UTC) reply

Small grammar fix in intro

In I believe the second paragraph of the intro section, Timberlake is referred to as "the lead singers" of NSYNC. The section in question should just say "the lead singer" unless he is considered along with JC Chasez to be "one of the lead singers". Churdle76 ( talk) 06:11, 17 June 2024 (UTC) reply

I'm requesting a change in image in the info box to this. As it's a more recent picture of Justin Timberlake.

Not done: it's not clear what changes you want to be made. Please mention the specific changes in a "change X to Y" format and provide a reliable source if appropriate. No replacement image provided. ABG ( Talk/Report any mistakes here) 06:24, 19 June 2024 (UTC) reply
Why would you want to change the picture to his mugshot? It's clear what you are trying to do. He is famous for his singing and acting. Not for this. That picture should not be used. TechnicolorVision ( talk) 00:57, 20 June 2024 (UTC) reply
And just to make it clear, the mugshot was likely to be a copyright violation, hence the red link which is visible. Wikipedia generally does not allow images found from the internet, which the mugshot was very likely to originate from. Iggy ( Swan) ( Contribs) 15:50, 20 June 2024 (UTC) reply

Concord error

"Timberlake later rose to prominence in late 1997 as the lead vocalists for the boyband *NSYNC."

It should be "lead vocalist". A previous version of the page included "Timberlack and Chavez" as subjects of that sentence so I guess that's the reason why there's a mistake. Saraccio ( talk) 09:53, 19 June 2024 (UTC) reply
