I'd suggest submitting this for a GA review. It's very solid. I'm not going to rate it higher until it's been submitted for GA, but I'd probably pass it right now. --

The article appears to rely heavily on Amos R. Webber's Life of John Baldwin for factual evidence. Only one footnote does not cite that source, at present. This person appears significant enough that there should be other works mentioning him.
