Introduction for article on John Adams Webster
I would like to add this brief introduction to the article on John Adams Webster, and I would like anybody who has further information or reference to add it please:
John Adams Webster (1789-1877), Captain United States Navy, was the young Third Lieutenant who heard the sound of the British oars as its small flotilla approach Fort McHenry in Baltimore, September 13, 1814.
