With almost 21,000 murders in the United States in 1987, and 496 in Louisiana, there is nothing significant, encyclopedic, or historical about this subject. It fails WP:BASIC, Anybio and CRIME among other reasoning. Otr500 ( talk) 22:46, 30 April 2017 (UTC) reply
