I've changed the German variations of "Heinrich Voes" and Johann Esch" to their Dutch 'originals'. German Wikipedia itself uses the Dutch spelling as well and given that these were Monks from Den Bosch and Essen (Belgium), it doesn't really make sense to use German names just because these people are related to the 'bigger story' of Martin Luther.
