I'm looking at it again and it doesn't make sense. My Latin is non-existent so my attempt "because we note that some of reasonable right" could mean anything. I'll get rid of it shortly. --

Title
The title Eminenti Apostolatus Specula is incorrect in two aspects, I believe: conventionally, only the first word is capitalized in a papal bull, and no words are omitted. It is also a general convention that
incipits are of two words, not including minor words, thus correctly In eminenti apostolatus: I do notice that the
Latin text at Papalencyclicals.net just gives In eminenti; the compilers must be giving unusual weight to in, one can only suppose.--
