I'm reviewing the article. The lead was not written well initially, and included redundancies and was missing at least one wikilink, as well as a number of nbsps, which I resolved. The internet references all check out (no broken links). Referencewise, all the newspaper articles are done similarly and all the internet refs are done similarly as well, so we're good with the references. I'll go through the article again, but the main issue I see remaining is the lack of watch/warning information within the preparations section. Fix that issue and I'll take another look.
