There is a large amount of information about the history of a now demolished building, which I don't imagine is what someone is hoping for when they look for an article about the park where it once stood.
A new article about
Horsforth Hall would allow for the detailed history to be kept, perhaps with information about the building's architecture and anything else worth noting. (if that information is avaliable anywhere). And it would give space for the current article to be fully focused on the park itself, with just a couple sentences on it's namesake. ----

Would there be sufficient information on the park?

I should think so
the park has enough features and regular events to be worth documenting. I suppose it depends what you'd consider to be a minimum amount of information in an article about a park. Besides, if there weren't sufficient information about the park, there'd still be a case for moving the buildings history from
Horsforth Hall Park to
Horsforth Hall. ----
