How about changing the heading "Integration/inter faith symbol" to "Cultural Significance" ?

Why not same as "gamucha"?
These two articles are "not to be confused with" each other, but why? It appears to be essentially the same word, and both articles say it is used as a towel, as a loincloth, etc.
