It looks like the English version of this page is underdeveloped. I've begun translating the Spanish version of this article. Since that article has few citations, I will probably need some help supporting some of the facts in the translated text.

Standard practice for section linking?
I changed the link for Chilean empanadas to go to Empanada#Chile instead of just Empanada. What's the best practice here? Please revert if this seems more confusing than linking to Empanada at the top level.
