Requested move 18 March 2021
The following is a closed discussion of a
requested move. Please do not modify it. Subsequent comments should be made in a new section on the talk page. Editors desiring to contest the closing decision should consider a
move review after discussing it on the closer's talk page. No further edits should be made to this discussion.
The result of the move request was: not moved. Page history split to
Duane Johnson (artist); that article which was "deleted" out-of-process has been restored. –

– This person is the only one named "Duane Johnson". The actor/wrestler
Dwayne Johnson, while unquestionably more famous, is not so much so that a misspelling of his name would still be equally or more notable than someone with that name outright. A hatnote on both pages is appropriate here, without the need for parenthetical disambiguation.

Support per nom.

Oppose per this information found by Roman Spinner. It appears that the article at
Duane Johnson was deleted against consensus, and should be reverted. Another RM could then be started concerning the primary topic, and whether to move
Duane Johnson to
Duane Johnson (artist).

It wasn’t even deleted since the original history is still in the page history.--

Right. I hesitate to revert it right now, since we're in the middle of an RM, but I believe it should be reverted.
