I propose to MergeCenter for Computer Studies, Dibrugarh University and
Centre for Management Studies, Dibrugarh University into
Dibrugarh University. Both of the articles are for centers which are in practice departments of the university, and there is no evidence at all of notability which merits an article. The articles also completely lack references, even though they are quite old, one of them from 2006. Rather then deleting the articles, merging them may keep some of the useful material, and also keep attribution. --
