It seems that a large portion of the article is not specific to Canada and should rather be integrated in the article "
intellectual property". I would suggest rewriting the article to focus on the intellectual property law in Canada. --

Here's a suggestion for improvement; start the goddamn article from scratch. This farce of an article is completely inappropriate in so many ways, as it merely presented a bullet point summary of one source. It read like the text of a PowerPoint presentation from a unit at a Canadian law school, and nothing like a Wikipedia article should. I cut out most of it, but even the lead is too general and not in the least bit about Canada. I think it should be deleted and restarted when someone seems enough to care to write a proper article; the stub that this is is onky slightly better by ommission than the shite that this was!
