The non-English language Wiki links at the foot of this page have some excellent pictures - could we not use them on this page? There is an excellent one of Lawreence of Arabia on the Ducth page. Rgds, -- Trident13 22:25, 4 May 2006 (UTC)

The pronunciation of „Brough“ or „..ough“ has different pronunciations within English. I had expected that it would rhyme with „though“. In Great Britain I found to my surprise that at least for the motorcyclist it rhymes with „enough“.

A mention of George Brough’s “Golden Dream” is missing. According to reports just 5 examples had ever been built. Except for its weight this motorcycle was an engineering masterpiece. The motor was in complete balance. Reports claim it ran so smoothly as if it were propelled by a dynamo.

Added Golden Dream to main Brough Superior wiki page, and made a link to the Brough Superior Golden Dream wiki page. Good catch, Adrian! Maybe you should have added it yourself, but now you can see my horrid writing and maybe fix0r it. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 72.129.93.116 ( talk) 20:19, 28 March 2010 (UTC)
I'm working on putting together some additional information for this article and noticed that there seem to be 2 different styles of references used. Should they all be the same style? Would it be okay to switch them all to reference style instead of endnote style? I find the Reference style generally more user-friendly, since it had the description of the reference itself when you hover over the superscript notation. Thoughts anyone? The list of bikes says Lawrence of Arabia died on bike Gearge VII "GW 2275", image says it shows his eighth bike (at the Imperial War Museum) which was never delivered - George VIII presumably? However, according to the list, George VIII was Lawrence's 9th Brough, not his 8th (the first was Boa, the second George I). Also, the bike in the Imperial war museum clearly has the registration plate of "GW 2275" - the bike Lawrence died on, George VII - is this just a homage or is the bike at the Imperial War museum George VII rather than George VIII.
Also, if Brough's are so good, why did he replace them so often? — Preceding unsigned comment added by 135.196.5.155 ( talk) 07:44, 31 March 2017 (UTC)
