Bishop is no longer the Cifal, per the
Volapük page and also
this Esperanto article. Does this mean he's dead? I honestly can't find anything about him anywhere else online, and I don't read Völapük so what little that does exist is in a language I can't understand.
Regardless, can someone please help find some more information about him?

Brian Bishop is alive, but resigned his position as Cifal. He is a member of Volapuk Academy and officially Stimacifal (honorary Cifal), according to this
newspaper (page 99).
