It is true that State Department Watch is not an authoritative source. However, links on their site provide some of the background the Alaskan legislature went on when it voted for the 'they're ours' resolution and therefore the keeping the site seemed conducive to a neutral viewpoint on the subject. : If the state of Alaska passed a resolution asserting a claim, that seems official enough to mention. It needs a link to a state government website of course. How about putting a section on the history of the disputed claim on De Long Islands?
