It seems this article include more conflicts than its Chinese counterpart. Data in the battle info box is translated from the Chinese article zh:徐州会战.-- Skyfiler 22:27, September 11, 2005 (UTC)

Someone had the first sentence reading: The Battle of Xuzhou was fought between Japanese and Chinese forces in May of 1938 during World War 2. I laughed, and fixed it to this: The Battle of Xuzhou was fought between Japanese and Chinese forces in May of 1938 during Second Sino-Japanese War.
