I want to know if ADT change at the same time as eastern time does or is it both at 1h59m59 local time so one is before the other one.

It seems odd that Chile would use Atlantic Time when they're both on the Pacific Ocean. Just thought i'd mention that. If I see any anecdotes around about that, i'll reference it to this article. I does seem odd but it is what it is. Just H editor review 17:33, 23 February 2007 (UTC)
